Yuri Project is an open scanlation website. You are welcome to contribute to a project; we are always in need of more translators, editors and quality checkers. Help out on the Zulip server (we also support an imageboard-like interface for anonymous posting)!
Read the Guidelines for what is expected of contributors.
We maintain a collection of scanlation resources:
- Quality Control enumerates a number of common issues that QCers will raise. It is useful for anyone involved in the scanlation process, as it lists common pitfalls and contains helpful advice.
- Automatic Crossbar I instructs how to add automatic crossbar I to fonts that don’t have it.
- Scanlation tools offers a few web-based tools useful for scanlating.
- Editor Comparison compares the various pieces of software used for scanlating.
- Physical Raws instructs how to scanlate from real-life pages.
Other useful resources include:
- Cicero’s Manual of Style, a style guide for American English in manga.
